What support do we offer?
One-on-one sessions
We know you’ve been doing fantastic works to promote active travel – but it can be difficult to find the time to capture and upload it to the TfL Travel for Life website. Uploading stories is easier than you think, especially if you have one of our specialist team doing it with you every step of the way.
Book a one-to-one session here for free and get:
- Help uploading your stories to the website
- Evidence sign-off by the team – so no uploading extra documents!
- A run-through of any stories you might be eligible for but haven’t claimed
- A health check for your TfL Travel for Life application
Weekly drop-in sessions
Whether you want to plan your core yearly activities, run a TfL Explorers Ambassadors team, take part in a big activity such as Walk to School Month, or for anything else related to your TfL Travel for Life accreditation, our weekly support sessions can help.

Local support from your borough
Your Borough’s school travel planning team is an invaluable source of support when completing your TfL Travel for Life application. They know the issues that affect your area, and can help you access local support, set targets and plan impactful activities. Some boroughs also have their own resources and events that can help towards your accreditation.
