Support for schools taking part in TfL Travel for Life

The TfL Travel for Life support team are based at London Transport Museum. We're here to help with your accreditation applications and using the TfL Travel for Life website.

Weekly live online support with TfL Travel for Life

Every week the team is available to support with any questions and issues you have.  Please click below to join us:

Wednesdays - 15:30 - 16:30 

Thursdays - 12:30 -13:00

We also offer regular webinars for school staff interesting in or already delivering TfL Travel for Life. These short after-school session help you get the most out of your planning and activities, and topics include:

- benefits of TfL Travel for Life and how to get started
- planning your core TfL Travel for Life activities through the year
- running a TfL Explorer Ambassadors team
- how to get the most of big activities like Walk to School Month or Car Free Day
- how to submit your application
- drop-in trouble shooting sessions

Local support from your borough

Visit the Boroughs and Partners page to find the contact details for your Borough's school travel planning team. They will be able to offer you help with all aspects of TfL Travel for Life accreditation, from identifying issues local to your area, setting targets, and planning Activities that will help resolve them.  Your Borough Officer must approve your TfL Travel for Life Accreditation application so it's important to keep in touch with them!

Your borough officer is a great sources of help because they know the issues that affect your area, and can help you access local support, or plan activities that work really well in your area. Some Boroughs have activities that you can take part, in including competitions, events and teacher support. They are an essential partners in TfL Travel for Life.
