How it helps

  • Supports the English, Drama and PSHE Curriculum
  • Uses creativity to support key travel messages

About the activity

Hold a Theatre in Education session to bring issues around road safety and active travel to life at your school.

Interactive theatre sessions allow pupils to engage with common real-life travel and safety situations in a safe environment, provoking discussion and creativity.

The session can be delivered by professional educational theatre companies who are used to working with schools to understand their pupils’ particular travel needs.

Contact your borough officer to discuss the opportunities available in your local area.
