All the information from my school's account has disappeared. How can I get it back?

Don't worry, your information is not lost. This happens when the Department for Education issues your school a new DfE number. Contact us on [email protected] and we can update your account.

My school or nursery is not on the list of schools when I try to register. How can I add it?

If you are a nursery, you may need to fill in the Add Nursery Form, using the link to the left. If your school or nursery is not in one of the 33 London Boroughs, you are not eligible for this programme. I've registered, but I haven't been able to log on.

You should have received a Verification email when you registered, and you'll need to follow the link in that email. If you haven't received the Verification email, contact [email protected] and we will resend it to you.

Our school was Accredited, but now it's showing as not Accredited

Has your accreditation expired? Bronze accreditation lasts for one year, Silver lasts for two years and Gold lasts for three years. But if you think it's expired early, contact [email protected] who can check for you

I can't find the Add New Activity button. How can I add an Activity

Find an Activity that you want to complete, and click "Add to My Activities". Then go to your "My Activities" tab, and you will find the activity in the "Not Done Yet" section. Click on the activity to edit it, and when you are ready, click "Submit"
